Making A
Purchase
To make a purchase enquiry just browse through the galleries, and
click on the shopping trolley icon which will take you to the
Online Enquiry Order Form page. Fill in the boxes with the
information requested then, click on the dropdown menus to make your
selection. Once you have completed this form just click on "Send Form"
and we will get back to you with a price and delivery that includes
packing & post.
We accept Cash, cheque (cheques will require statuary time to clear) and
postal order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have
received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us,
when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the
case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently
under-priced goods, or the painting is longer available. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact
you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
NOTE:
No item will be sent to you until you have responded to our confirmation
of your order.
Shipping And Handling
We make every effort to despatch within 48
hours of confirmation of order. Unless we state otherwise, i.e. the painting is
no longer available, we guarantee your painting will be delivered within 28 days from order
acceptance. However, we endeavour to deliver your order within seven working
days. The despatch weight of the order will dictate the method of delivery.
Due to the various sizes of the paintings available, charges vary. You
will be advised of these charges when your order is confirmed.
Parcels will be delivered by courier service and will require a
signature upon receipt. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside
of the UK. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by
you in the order. Paintings must be signed for and you will be
responsible for the painting as soon as it is delivered. If we cannot
deliver the painting
to you at the address you have specified for any reason
(other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the painting will
be stored.

Privacy Policy
David Culshaw-Artist do not disclose
buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are
processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party
will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Under no
circumstances do we pass your information to be used on mailing lists of any
kind. Any type of correspondence
from you is kept in the strictest confidence and confidentiality.
Cookies are used on this site if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also
used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off
cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy'
and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable
to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data
collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual
purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day no quibble money back
guarantee on all paintings bought on the site. Once we have
received and inspected the returned products we will refund you payment
within 7 days where possible but please allow up to 30 days in all cases.
All refunds exclude original postage costs.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling
Directive which can be found
here. You can buy direct
from me, or from exhibiting galleries.
